Serves as the CEO of RPC Ventures. Worked as a broker for over 20 years. Highly focused on poultry, real estate, and venture capital investments. Passionate about building sustainable communities, feeding children, and developing lasting businesses that make a difference. Bachelors in Agricultural Business from the University of Arkansas.

Craig Neilson

Craig Neilson serves as the CEO of RPC Ventures Africa, where he leads the strategic and operational execution of all African investments. He works closely with executive teams across Uganda, Kenya, and Mozambique to ensure RPC board mandates are implemented with excellence, while also developing a strong pipeline of new opportunities that strengthen communities and expand long-term impact.

Peter Kyalo

Kyalo (pronounced ‘Challow’) provides strategic, operational, and organizational leadership across all African investments. With deep experience overseeing multi-country operations, he works closely with executive teams to strengthen systems, improve performance, and ensure the long-term sustainability of RPC’s growing portfolio. Kyalo brings more than 20 years of senior leadership experience in healthcare, nonprofit, and international development.

Andrea Stark leads operations across RPC Ventures, bringing clarity, structure, and scalable systems to our businesses. A former business owner and educator, she applies her background to develop people, strengthen processes, and support organizations through growth and transformation. Andrea oversees operations across the full portfolio, ensuring workflows are efficient, teams are empowered, and businesses are aligning with mission-driven purpose.
